What You’ll Do
- Be the go-to person for all HR matters
- Fully manage payroll on SAP and social insurances
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and HR admin
- Support apprentices, interns, and temp staff
- Handle time tracking (Mobatime), reporting, and exciting HR projects
- Work closely with leadership and help shape a positive workplace culture
What You Bring
- HR diploma or Swiss HR certification
- Solid experience with Swiss payroll, SAP, and social security laws
- Fluent in French or German with good command of the other and English
- A proactive, discreet, and empathetic personality
