Proceso de ARM

Para asegurar un manejo rápido y eficiente de sus devoluciones, usamos un proceso sistemático de ARM. Siga la guía paso a paso.
  1. Por favor, llene la ARM de esta página. Los campos con “*” son obligatorios. Al hacer clic en el botón “enviar” el formato será enviado automáticamente a Servicio al Cliente Contrinex. Su ARM ya está registrada.
  2. Servicio al Cliente le enviará el folio de su ARM y la hoja de seguimiento en los siguientes dos días hábiles.
  3. Imprima la hoja de seguimiento, adjúntela con su mercancía y envíela con flete pagado (es decir, los gastos de envío van por su cuenta). Por favor, no envíe el paquete a través del flete de recolección (es decir, flete por cobrar al momento de la entrega) y utilice únicamente la dirección de envío indicada en la hoja de seguimiento. Si la mercancía se envía a Contrinex sin el número de ARM, no podemos garantizar el procesamiento oportuno. Bajo ciertas circunstancias, esta mercancía debe ser devuelta a usted.
  4. El departamento de calidad examinará y analizará su mercancía y creará un reporte 8D. Este reporte le será enviado vía e-mail. En caso de garantía, recibirá de vuelta su producto reparado, reemplazado o una nota de crédito.

Please let us know if you would like to receive a credit or replacement in case of warranty.
In case of an error, we need detailed information from you to determine the possible root cause. Please let us know: What is the problem? When did you noticed the problem? (e.g. during incoming inspection, after installation, during operation). Where was the problem detected and in what circumstances? (e.g. temperature, humidity, vibration, …)
