PRIMARY JOB RESPONSABILITIES

Contrinex has been present in India under its own brand since 2010. As part of a strategic decision to grow market share in the country, Contrinex will expand its commitment to, and investment in this territory in the next years.

 

Missions:

  • Acquisition and strengthening of a direct sales customer base of national and international key accounts and OEMs
  • Establishing system integrators especially for Safety and RFID/industrial Identification
  • Further develop the already established name recognition of Contrinex
  • Manage new product ranges introduction
  • Manage the national pricing strategy

Main responsibilities:

  • Full P&L Responsibility
  • Manage the local Sales and Administration team
  • Implement sales strategy in the market
  • Approach and develop international key accounts
  • Identify and develop national target accounts
  • Organize and conduct customer training / workshops
  • Initiate and follow up on marketing activities (such as direct mailings, email campaigns etc) to potential customers
  • Proactively promote and build the Contrinex brand
  • Manage and control the overall business – including business plan, forecasts and accounts receivables
  • Report key business indicators and results to the VP Sales, based at our Headquarter
  • Ensure the Subsidiary stay compliant with local regulations

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • 10 years of experience in Factory Automation business within India, as Business Development Manager, Channel or Sales Manager
  • Experience of the sensor industry is not imperative but of great advantage
  • Electrical/Mechanical Engineering degree
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM advantage
  • Residency in Pune is required
  • Language: Hindi, English.
  • Ambitious personality who must demonstrate tangible success at personally delivering significant turnover growth.
  • Must have “roll-up the sleeves” attitude and be willing to spend a significant amount of time visiting customers
