CRM Salesforce Administrator

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSABILITIES

  • Maintenance and further country specific development of the CRM System Salesforce
  • Training and support of all users in Salesforce in an international environment (150 user in 14 countries)
  • Documentation of processes and training manuals
  • Integration of additional apps and tools
  • Ensure data quality and data integrity
  • Salesforce Configuration and Customization (security settings, validation rules, workflows, page layouts, custom objects)
  • Maintenance and development of the SAP interface
  • Translate requirements of the sales, customer service and marketing department into Salesforce processes
  • Guidance of external Salesforce consultancies

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 2 years of working experience with Salesforce.com (ideally as Administrator)
  • Extensive knowledge of the Salesforce Sales Cloud
  • Understanding of sales and customer service processes in the B2B area
  • Experience with SAP SD is a big plus
  • Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Very good German and English language skills, further languages are a plus
