For our shared service center located in Hungary (Budapest), we seek to engage a :

HR Manager

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSABILITIES

Recruitment:

  • Continuously follow headcount budget
  • Ensure overall recruitment process (including administration)
  • Cooperation with recruitment agencies and leasing companies upon business needs

Learning and development:

  • Coordinating the overall performance management process within the Hungarian organizations
  • Managing online performance management system operation
  • Operating existing bonus systems, continuous improvement in connection with organizational needs
  • Ensuring continuous improvement of the staff, organizing trainings (mandatory trainings and others upon development measurement or business needs)

Compensation and benefit:                                           

  • Coordinating and executing yearly compensation related actions (salary increase, bonus system development)
  • Participating in sectoral and regional salary surveys in order to actively follow-up labour market trends
  • Follow-up internal equity and position related rankings

Administration:

  • Leading the field of administration including payroll and social security systems
  • Ensuring precise administration of HR related documents and processes according to Labour Code and company regulations
  • Maintaining HR IT tools in order to ensure precise data for KPI’s and management systems
  • continuous update of organizational charts
  • Updating HR regulations (bilingual)

Communication and employer branding:

  • Responsible for internal company organization in order to ensure precise and up-to-date information on every employee levels
  • Organizing company events
  • Leading company culture related projects
  • Continuously monitoring development possibilities for strengthening employee engagement

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • College or university degree (preferably in the field of HR administration)
  • 1-3 years’ experience in similar position
  • Fluent English is a must
  • Native Hungarian
  • Solid knowledge of Hungarian Labour Code
  • Excellent IT skills (MS Office)
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Reliability, confidentiality
  • Positive thinking, can do attitude, hands-on mentality, problem solving skills
  • Leadership skills and experience

ADVANTAGES:
